The Avi Method

All projects start with an initial in-person consultation where I get to know you, your style and your needs. I will also give some initial ideas and advice. If we are a match, we continue the process.

I will get to know your space (measurements, orientation, natural light sources) and the way you live so I can design a 2D floor plan that optimises the use and flow of the space, and meets your everyday needs.

I will consult you on lighting and electrical layout of your space in accordance with your lifestyle and preferences, and create a FF&E schedule for this phase.

I develop the design concept for each room based on your wishes and needs, and present it with mood, sample, and material boards and a 3D model of your space. As needed, I provide guidance and support during visits to selected suppliers and showrooms.

I assist you and your building team to execute the design plans we agreed upon, and check the progress to ensure that the original design intent is preserved.

I assist you/ your building team in placing furniture and decor to complete your space. After the reveal of your project, I will continue to check in with you to ensure that everything is working as expected and you are satisfied with the result.
